Investors can reinvest their funds from one deal into the next without paying taxes by using a 1031 exchange. The sooner you invest, the more time your money will have to compound and multiply.
For our deals, we typically target IRRs of 15-20% with equity multiples around 2.0x. We hold the properties for 3-5 years and historically our average investor return has been a 23.02% IRR.
